Recyke Y'bike

Here at Recyke Y'Bike we're a mixed bunch - with volunteers of all ages, across all walks of life, and with interests of every kind and six part-time members of staff. But there's two passions we all share....recycling and BIKES!!!

We're a Community Social Enterprise situated above the Ouseburn Valley in Byker, Newcastle Upon Tyne

Aims & Objectives:

Reducing isolation in communities

Advancing integration

Promoting better physical health through cycling

Providing employment and training opportunities within Newcastle and Gateshead
    

Advancing the education of the public in the safe use, reuse and maintenance of bicycles
   

Reusing bicycles by reconditioning them, saving them from landfill, sending them with Re~Cycle to Africa.
